Never worry about overloading your speakers. The CPD4800 offers an extensive range of built-in protection circuitry. From thermal and overcurrent to DC and output short protection. Additionally, a switchable limiter allows over 8Vrms signal through without distortion.

Rack-mountable, the CPD4800 has a 2U steel chassis that can be installed within any standard 19” rack unit. Performance venues are known to be incredibly hot, which can result in equipment overheating and potentially being damaged. To counteract this, Wharfedale incorporated a variable speed fan that keeps the amplifier cool and ensures you’re able to perform all night long.
